For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, “The Promoter” or ”The Company” refers to Profile Developments- The Palladio Door Collection whose Instagram handle is @palladiodoorcollection and Facebook handle is Palladio Door Collection. The “Prize” refers to a fully-installed front or back Palladio or an Avant Garde door of the winner’s choice along with a £/€200 Clayton Hotels gift card.

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All entries must be received by the 6th of December, Friday, 20.00 Irish time. 10 individuals will be shortlisted, based on their entries (giveaway post comments) and then contacted, after which 1 winner will be picked and announced on the company’s Instagram and Facebook stories.

This competition’s entry via Instagram and/or Facebook is open only to residents of the Republic of Ireland and The United Kingdom.

No purchase necessary. Winners will not be required to pay to enter the competition.

Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry.

Instagram or Facebook (Meta) or Clayton Hotels are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

Each entrant shall enter the competition via Instagram or Facebook by following the company on the aforementioned social media handles and commenting their favourite Christmas memory as outlined in the post description.

The Company will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Company takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Company’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the Prize in question.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Company shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the company and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. The company is the manufacturer of the Palladio and Avant Garde doors and deals with door trade only. The winner’s door shall be installed by a local installer contacted by the company.

The Company will contact the shortlisted entries and ask for a picture of their door that would need to be replaced along with contact details- failure to respond within 5 business days or as specified by the Company will deem the shortlisted entry out of the final round. The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to The Company. Failure on the winner’s part to respond within 15 business days will result in the Prize passed onto the next best candidate.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Company’s reasonable control, the promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

The Company’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

The winner’s name and social media username will be posted on the social media profiles and the website(s) of The Company after the winner has been selected. The winner’s contact details will be passed on by the Company to the local installer who will be conducting the survey and install.

The new door installation of the winner will be filmed by the Company through the Company’s videographer. The winner agrees to featuring in this installation video talking about their new door experience as outlined by the Company and agrees to their picture being taken in front of the new door for the purposes of the Company’s website(s), social media platforms and printing purposes (festive calendars etc.)
