The Palladio Door Collection begins its life as a real timber door, we place a gel mould over the timber door and transfer that grain detail onto the Palladio Door range. Each door has a renolit foil finish (NOT painted) which means that not only does each door have an impeccable appearance it is paired with durability.
You can see our unique monocoque structure filled with a PUREX0 core and reinforced with 65mm of fibreglass resulting in incomparable strength and resistance.
Not only is the Palladio Door Collection double rebated as standard (most doors are only single rebated), all glass units in the doors are triple glazed as standard and made in house which proves our dedication to providing a thermal efficient state of the art door.
This also means that we have been able to match our sidelight glass designs to the units in our doors perfectly but they can also be altered where necessary giving our customers artistic license over their glass design.

As is evident from the above picture, this hinge is not attached to the outside of the door, and therefore enhances the appearance of the door, unlike a more conventional flag hinge – as seen on the left. Double seal and rebate.

Cut through section of the Avant Garde door with the revolutionary high density PU core along with a 56mm triple glazed unit. We have created an ultra strong Durohalts composite structure laminated to a Renolit foil finish on the surface, giving you massive strength and security to your home.
Above all we are a design and innovation led company and this will always shine through in the finished product. We start with the project design, then manufacture the machine we require and finally manufacture the product. Figure 1 shows the oak pattern from which the final mould will be produced.
Figure 2 shows finished door from the original tooling.
The Picture above shows conventional composite doors, comprised of two 2mm skins bonded to a foam core.
To dispel any lingering doubt you may have, we have carried out our own rudimentary test using a 4×4 vehicle.
Figure 3 is a good example of bad tooling design that lacks character.
