Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us which is why we offer a 12 year structural guarantee on our Palladio Door Collection.
We, at Profile Developments, are proud to offer all our customers (installers/ suppliers/ resellers) a 12-year manufacturing guarantee on all our Palladio and Avant Garde doors against discolouration, bubbling, blistering or any manufacturing fault. On all moving parts, there is a 1-year guarantee with a 5-year guarantee on all our marine grade 316 Stainless steel furniture. There is also a 5-year guarantee on glass.
Please note that we do not cover for any consequential loss.
As a homeowner, your guarantee will lie with the installer you have purchased the door from.
