This video entails the journey of Catherine, a homeowner just like you. Based in Co. Westmeath, Ireland, she won our hearts with her witty entry (and faulty door) in our Summer 2023 Door Giveaway across Ireland & The United Kingdom.
She brought home a Chartwell Green Palermo door of her dreams and here’s what the journey looked like:

Once this designed door is submitted on our tool, it is sent to a local installer who will contact you to discuss the next steps (only if you have selected this option). An initial survey is carried out wherein the door frame is measured and ensured that your expectations are met with, following which the order is sent to us for production.
The current turnaround is 3 weeks in production though delays may occur. Thereafter, it will be up to the installer to arrange an installation date for you.
